【仕事内容】

ご入社後は以下の業務を推進していただきます。

なお、ディレクタークラス(最上位)は案件獲得や全体(複数)のリーディング、その他クラスは原則 1 つの案件において、スキルとキャリアに応じたマネジメント業務を担っていただきます。

■DX プランニングサービスの企画・展開に向けたマネジメント支援

売上数百億の中堅企業向けに、AI や IoT を用いた新規事業やサービスの企画・開発支援、また業務改善を目的とした DX の構想、実行支援。経営層や企画部署がお客様のため、顧客企業全体を俯瞰する立場での支援が可能

※DX 経験がなくてもシステム開発のマネジメント経験があれば、キャッチアップ可能です

■デジマ戦略策定に向けたマネジメント支援・開発のリード

・スマホアプリや Web サービスを活用したデジマ戦略の策定支援

・実現に向けたシステム開発の推進支援

※クライアントサイド中心

■基幹システム刷新の構想策定支援・案件のリード

・基幹システム刷新の構想策定や計画作成

・システム開発の推進(プロジェクトマネジメント)

※クライアントサイド・ベンダーサイド共にあり

【求める人材】

【必須スキル・経験】

・SI案件におけるマネジメント経験(新規開発・大規模保守いずれも可)

・設計工程~リリースまでのいずれかにおけるマネジメント経験(案件全体の経験でなくとも可)

・チームリーダー(TL)としての経験3年以上(特定工程や非機能領域でも可)

┗サブシステムやチーム単位での作業計画の策定・合意形成

┗上記計画に基づいたプロジェクトリード経験(特定工程でも可)

・大手SIer、またはシステムコンサルティングファームでの就業経験

・ウォーターフォール型の開発プロジェクト参画経験

【給与】

年収850~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
