【新拠点をゼロから創る挑戦】

既存のレールの上を走るだけの営業は卒業しませんか。ブルーオーシャンの「開拓者」として、戦略立案から実行までを一任。将来的な幹部候補として、新拠点の成長を牽引してください。

【仕事内容】

「頼れる家族がいない」という方に安心して暮らせるサポートを提案。

弁護士法人の信頼性をバックボーンに、地域の医療・介護機関や富裕層へアプローチし、販路を拡大します。

ご本人に寄り添い安心を一緒に作る、社会貢献性の高いお仕事です。

<具体的には>

・居宅介護支援事業所や病院への訪問・連携

・利用者様やご家族からの相談対応

・入院や施設入所に必要な契約手続きの支援

・地域性に合わせた営業手法の企画・実践

【新拠点の立ち上げを経験】

新拠点としてのスタートアップ募集です。入社後は大阪本社で1週間の研修があり、基礎からしっかり学べます。大阪・東京とはチャットやWEBで常に繋がっており、事務周りのサポート体制も万全です。

「このエリアは独居の方が多い」「あそこの包括支援センターとは顔なじみだ」。そんなあなたの土地勘やネットワークを頼らせてください。1日のスケジュールや訪問先、アプローチの方法など、大まかな方針はありますがマニュアルで縛ることなく、あなたの提案を尊重します。

求めている人材


<必須>

営業経験(業種不問)または医療・福祉・介護業界での勤務経験

普通自動車運転免許

人と接することが好きな方

<歓迎>

介護福祉士、社会福祉士等の有資格者

介護支援専門員(ケアマネジャー)資格

福祉用具専門相談員の経験がある方

地域での人脈や土地勘を活かしたい方

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

会社が定める8時間 ※原則9:00〜18:00 (休憩1時間)

完全週休二日制 ※会社が定める週二日

  • 残業ほぼなし月平均残業20時間以内

  • 年間休日130日以上(完全週休二日+祝日日数相当分、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇)
  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 60万円

固定残業代:なし

職場環境
