仕事内容


CRM・デジタル戦略企画【JAバンクの顧客基盤拡大/リアル×デジタルの融合推進】

【仕事内容】

新CRM開発・活用推進、デジタルマーケティング・アプリ戦略企画立案、左記業務に必要なJAバンク顧客データ(※)の分析等を通じ、JAバンクのブランド価値を高め、ロイヤリティの高い顧客基盤を拡大させることがミッションです。

(※)JAバンクアプリ、JAネットバンク、JAバンク勘定系・情報系システム、その他各種信用事業データなど

  • 具体的な業務内容

(1) 新CRM開発・活用(リアルチャネル高度化)

・新CRM(Salesforce)の開発・機能拡充、JA向け利用推進

・他事業と連携したデータ/機能拡張

・CRMデータを活用した顧客ニーズ分析、渉外担当者の行動分析と改善提案

(2) デジタルチャネル戦略・新サービス企画

・顧客データ分析に基づくデジタルマーケティング戦略立案

・スマホアプリ戦略の高度化(他事業との連携含む)

・OMOシナリオ設計、リアル×デジタルの連携強化

・データ分析を起点とした新規サービス企画

(3) データインフラ整備(リアル×デジタル活用基盤)

・CRM・アプリ等で利用するデータ基盤の整備

・Snowflake/BIツール等のデータ利活用環境の構築・支援

・MAツール構築・運用によるデジタルマーケティング基盤の整備
