今回、P&B Director or Senior ManagerがレポートラインのP&B Managerとして私たちのチームに加わるエキサイティングな機会があります。このフルタイムで恒久的なポジションは東京を拠点とし、地域全体をカバーするもので、私たちの会計サービスおよびその成長に大きな影響を与えることができます。
主な職務:
15名ほどの組織と3名のリーダーの直属のレポートラインして組織の運営を行う
チームメンバーのアサイン、目標設定、労働時間管理など自身のラインのメンバーの管理を行う
チームメンバーやリーダーから上がってきたクライアント対応に関するエスカレーションに対して適切に助言を行い、必要に応じて責任者として直接対応する
書類選考及び最終面接官として、採用に参画し組織の成長に貢献する
部門全体の研修管理を行い、研修プログラムの見直しや新たなプログラムの構築を行う
顧客向けの月次給与およびボーナス計算サービス(給与計算、住民税および所得税の手続き)
新規従業員の入社または退職手続き(新規従業員の文書管理、退職手当の計算、源泉徴収税証明書の発行、文書の送付など)
給与品質の向上、プロセスの合理化、新しいツール、フォーム、テンプレートなどの開発を促進するプロジェクトの立ち上げおよび推進 ・顧客の人事部門とのコミュニケーション
問題が発生した際のクライアントへの高品質なサービス提供および問題の解決
顧客提供の人事管理システムの運用およびヘルプデスクサポート
チームメンバーが準備した月次給与計算のレビュー
主要な要件
BPOや社労士法人でのリーダー、部長経験
500名以上のクライアントや自社の給与計算、社会保険業務の担当経験
強力な優先順位付け能力と組織能力
ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)を駆使し、チーム運営やクライアント対応に必要な資料・分析・プレゼンテーションを効果的に行える方
