お任せするお仕事内容

グループ会社内の全事業の物流・配送管理、

安全推進業務をお任せします。

<具体的には?>

  • 車両・従業員の管理

・社有車(約1,000台)の車両管理、

メンテナンス業務

・ドライバーの運転記録の確認

・アルコールチェックの実施確認

・安全点検の管理・運用

・日々の給油量データ管理

・ETCカードの利用状況確認

  • 車両に関する手続き

・新車両開発・導入に関する業務

・交通事故発生時の初動対応・報告書作成

・事故発生時の保険会社との連絡

  • 法令関連業務

・社内教育やドライバー向け安全資料の作成

・安全巡回・指導(年数回程度出張あり)

・事業用運送に関する法令対応・運用

・道路運送法や安全管理規定の社内運用

・運行管理者・安全運転指導員との連携

など

責任者1名、社員3名、アルバイト1名が在籍

車両や安全に関する専門知識が無くても、

何でも丁寧に教えるので安心してください

既に出来上がっている

ルールの管理・運営のほかにも、

ゼロから様々な施策を企画・立案できる環境です。

・入社研修(会社全体について)…1日間

・現場研修(他職種含む)…1週間

・運行管理の基礎講習…外部にて3日間

その後、OJTメインで業務を

キャッチアップしていただきます。

車両管理や交通事故対応業務、

損害保険会社での勤務、運行管理者などの

経験がある方は即戦力として活躍可能。

未経験でも真面目に勤務できればOK

法律的な要素や専門用語を学ぶことも多いので、

学ぶことが好きな方、自己研鑽できる方、

実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日~22日

9:00~18:00

(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

※残業月30時間程度

休日

  • 各月9日以上の休みあり(シフトによる)
  • 有給でまとまったお休み可能

365日営業となるため、

業務習熟後は月1~2回程度の

土日祝日勤務が発生します。

年末年始とGWもシフト制での

出勤があるのでご了承ください。
