【業務内容】
Adoption Consultantは、データ活用の成果を最大化するコンサルティング業務を通して、Domoの活用率の向上と安定化、契約の最大化と長期化を目指します。例えば、エンタープライズクラス以上の顧客に対しては、事業戦略に応じた中長期的なカスタマージャーニーや展開計画の策定を、Adoption Consultantが主体となり提供します。また、SMBマーケットの顧客に対しては、エンタープライズ顧客へのサービスで得られた知見を標準化し、サクセスパッケージとしてお客様の成功に最短で到達できるようにご提案します。
【具体的な仕事内容】
中長期的な展開計画の策定とその着実な実施に向けた具体的行動計画の策定
各種アセスメントサービスの実施と評価
顧客向けサービスの開発(教育プログラムやコンサルティングメニューなど)
コンサルティング業務を通してのUpsell機会の創出や契約の安定化
各種コンサルティングサービスの標準化、簡素化
【歓迎するスキル・ご経験】
SaaS製品およびSaaSベンダーに対するコンサルティング経験
プロジェクトにおけるヒアリングから提案までの一連の業務経験・知識
クロスセル・アップセルを自ら主導して実施した経験・知識
高いモチベーションを持ち、それを言語化して積極的にアピールできる能力
顧客の課題解決やビジネス目標の達成に向けて、チームを牽引できるリーダーシップ
