仕事内容:

Javaシステム開発経験を活かし、人事パッケージ導入に伴う周辺システムの改修やプログラム修正業務に従事します。障害発生時の調査・対応、改修後のテスト実施など、システムの安定運用を支える重要な役割です。1~2年の経験があれば長期就業できる環境が整っており、わからないことは気軽に相談できる体制が整備されています。プロジェクト担当者との円滑なコミュニケーションを通じて、主体的に業務に取り組むことが求められます。
