<仕事内容>
金属射出成形(MIM)の製造工程で使用する、原材料の混練・製造を担当していただきます。
未経験の方も OJT で基礎から習得できますので、安心してご応募ください
(射出成形技能検定の受験支援あり/任意)
〈身につく能力〉
(1)コミュニケーション能力が高くなる
→工程が複雑で長いため、前後工程を考えて行動しないといけません 。そのため、自分が担当する工程だけこなすのではなく、 周囲とコミュニケーションを取ることが重要です。
(2)金属粉末射出成形技術(MIM)が身につく
→当社は最先端の金属粉末射出成形技術(MIM)を持っているため、 他社に真似できない形状・精度で製品を製造できます。当社は一般的なMIMよりも高精密(μ-MIM)な成形技術も可能です。
