当社は1957年の設立以来、佐賀県を中心に食品スーパーマーケットを多数展開してきた地元密着型の"スーパーマーケットチェーン"です。

「まいづる本店ショッピングプラザ」「まいづるスリーナイン店」といった総合スーパーマーケットをはじめ、まいづるナイン各店、書店、

コンビニエンスストアや衣料ショップなど、地域に根ざした店舗づくりを目指しています。

<主な業務内容>

入社後は、文理問わず 生鮮食品を中心とした販売業務 に携わり、各店舗の売り場で基礎となる実務経験を積みます。

商品の品出し・加工補助・売場づくり・接客など、スーパーマーケット運営の基本をしっかり学べる環境です。

その後は、適性や能力に応じて 多様なキャリアに進むことができます。

・売場責任者(チーフ)

・副店長、店長

・本社事務、総務や経理といった管理部

・まいづるアプリや基幹システムの運用・構築を担う販促部・システム部

・店舗サポート部、店舗開発部

・商品部(バイヤー、店舗メンテナンス など)

店舗運営・専門技術・コミュニケーション力など、幅広いスキルを身につけていただきます。
