Role: Account Manager, Japan (Beauty & Care)
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Our Beauty & Care business operates in the high-impact active ingredients space, with a strong portfolio across Sun Care, Skin & Vitamin Bioactives, Performance & Technical Ingredients. Competing in a dynamic global landscape, success in this market demands a powerful mix of cost leadership, innovation, and customer-centric go-to-market excellence.
In this complex and high-growth environment, the Account Manager, Japan (Beauty & Care) plays a critical role in shaping the future of the business. You will drive new business development, accelerate profitable growth, and build strong, long-term customer partnerships — working cross-functionally to turn market insight into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve substantial sales and profitability growth both with existing and new product portfolio
- Collaborate in the regional implementation of the global PCA Strategy as well as customer segmentation and contribute to the global sales budget and GPx target
- Closely collaborate with Regional Technical Marketing and Global PCA Headquarter to ensure seamless customer support and internal information flow of opportunities and actions
- Manage effectively customer sales, projects and relationships to achieve the desired results within the budgeted costs
- Lead negotiation of pricing agreements in accordance with company guidelines
- Deliver convincing product presentations to customers

You bring:
- University degree in business and/or technical science
- Min 5 years experience of sales in cosmetic ingredient or similar industry
- Native level Japanese language is mandatory to handle Japan market
- Good written and oral communication skills in English to liaise with members from oversea entity
- Competence in developing and delivering presentations
- IT knowledge to use internal tool
