年収 1,000万円 / 4年目・マネージャー(月給80万円+インセン)
年収 650万円 / 2年目・リーダー(月給50万円+インセン)

【主な仕事内容】
自社サービス(営業支援・Webマーケ支援・SNS運用支援)の
インサイドセールス部門において、
プレイヤーからマネジメント、戦略立案まで幅広くお任せします。
リードナーチャリング・商談獲得:中小企業の経営者へ電話やSNS等でアプローチし、商談を創出
マネジメント:外部コールセンター、在宅ワーカー、インターン生の管理・育成・数値管理
マーケティング連携:展示会出展の企画、Webマーケチームとの連携、外部ツールの活用提案
全体最適化:より効率的なアポイント獲得に向けた仕組み(スキーム)の設計・実行
