土地活用営業メンバーのサポート役として、下記業務をご担当いただきます。
仕事詳細
《営業サポートの業務内容》
・各種資料請求やお問い合わせへの初期対応
・建築営業業務の工程管理
・金融機関との入金業務
・物件調査/役所調査
・取引業者/金融機関への定期訪問
担う役割は主に建築営業メンバーのサポート業務です。
営業担当から、顧客や金融機関との折衝・社内調整業務を巻き取り、受注した案件をゴールまで導く重要な役割を担っていただきます。
また取り組んでいただくこの業務は、営業マンとしての基礎そのものです。
日常業務を通じて自身の営業スキルを高めることも可能なポジションです。
