募集背景
生活者を取り巻くメディア環境は、ここ数年間で、大きく変化しました。2014年を境に、ユーザーのメディア接触時間ではインターネットがTVの利用時間を上回り、15年前に誕生したYouTubeの利用率は90%まで伸長。直近では、テレビ画面に接続して楽しむような新たな視聴形態が生まれています。
生活者のメディア環境の変化に伴い、企業のマーケティング活動も変化しました。テレビコマーシャルに頼りきったプロモーションでは、届けたい情報も、ユーザーに届かなくなっている時代だからです。
インテグレーテッドメディアプランニング部では、デジタルメディアを活用した企業のブランドプロモーションの支援を行っています。生活者を取り巻くメディア環境の変化をいち早く捉え、プロモーション効果が最大化されるメディアのプランニングから、その実行と運用を行っています。
生活者を取り巻く環境が目まぐるしく変化する中で、自身で理想のプロモーション設計を描き、ブランドプロモーション支援をオプトの武器にする仲間を募集します
仕事内容
■ミッション
ブランド与件のメディアプランニングから実行・管理をお任せします。
具体的には、「KPIの設計➝ターゲット設計➝メディアのプランニング➝効果検証の設計」をプランニングし、自身がプランニングした内容の実行や、実行後の顧客への実績報告までをご対応頂きます。

・ブランド与件のメディアを中心とした施策のプランニング
・ブランド与件の入稿依頼 / 運用 / 実績報告(レポートや定例含む)
