【Job Purpose】
顧客要求を満たし、かつ自部門の収益性を確保できる信頼性の高いエンジン用液体フィルターおよびモバイル油圧フィルターを開発することで、企業利益の最大化に貢献する。
【Key Accountabilities】
1. 部門目標の遂行
技術的観点からプロフェッショナルな手法で製品プロモーションおよびプロジェクトの推進を行い、部門目標達成に貢献する。
必要に応じて、自部門以外の社内関係者への指導も行う。
2. 組織運営
チームメンバーと協力し、日常業務をサポートすることでマネージャーを補佐する。
3. 製品・技術プロモーション
優れたノウハウおよび知的財産を有するグローバルリソースを活用し、遅滞なく効果的にアクションアイテムを定義し実行・管理する。
4. 製品設計・プロジェクト遂行
海外エンジニアリングセンターでの製品設計をサポートし、製品仕様および提供範囲を満たしつつ、生産性と収益性を考慮して日本OEM窓口として役割を果たす。
また、既存のベース設計からの派生設計・エンジニアリングは、自身とサポートチームにより遂行する。設計変更に伴う図面の維持管理も行う。
5. 組織間調整
営業、生産部門、技術サポートチーム(テストラボ、CAD/CAE など)とも協力し、生産性・収益性・信頼性向上に向けた改善活動を支援する。
【Key Qualifications & Requirements 】
■ 技術的コンピテンシー & スキル
- 基本的な機械工学の知識
- 流体力学、液体ろ過技術
- 産業用または自動車用のエンジニアリング/設計/開発のいずれかで3年以上の経験が望ましい
■ その他のコアコンピテンシー
- ビジネスコミュニケーションスキル
- 自律的に行動できること
- 他者に良い影響を与え、鼓舞する前向きな姿勢
- 専門知識と経験を活かした問題解決力
■ その他(出張、語学など)
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル必須(メール、技術文書、ビジネス文書の読み書きも含む)
- JLPT N2 以上、または同等レベル
- 英語:流暢であること(北米・南米、APAC、EMEA とのコミュニケーションが必須)
- プレゼンテーションスキル
- 産業用車両または自動車ビジネスの基礎知識は必須
- 国内(日本国内)および海外の技術センターへの出張が必要となる場合がある
- 出張のため、普通自動車運転免許があると良い
