【仕事内容】


生活介護及び放課後等デイサービスで看護師のお仕事をお任せします。

*利用者様20名に対して、基本的には看護師1~2名、生活支援員5~6名体制でケアを行います

【具体的な仕事内容】

・バイタル測定

・入浴介助

・服薬管理

・口腔ケア

・経管栄養

・喀痰吸引

・日常生活上必要な身体介助支援

〇健康管理や服薬管理が中心で医療的ケアは少なめです。

〇障がい者支援施設での勤務未経験、看護師として実務未経験でも歓迎

入職後1~3ヵ月間はOJT研修を実施しますので、イチから学んでいただけます。

〇面倒見の良い先輩ばかりで、何か困ったことがあればすぐに相談できる安心の環境です。

〇これまで病院でしか勤務したことがなく、障がい者施設での勤務未経験の方でもOK

「特養/老健」「老人ホーム/サ高住」「ケアハウス/グループホーム」「デイサービス」からの転職OK

【勤務時間】


<勤務時間>

[生活介護]9:00~18:00(1h休憩、実働8時間)

[放課後等デイサービス]10:00~19:00(1h休憩、実働8時間)
