【仕事内容】

事業システムのセキュリティを高めるための施策を企画・推進しながら、セキュリティ運用整備・改善に深く関与していただきます。

【主な業務は以下のとおりです】

■セキュリティ施策の推進リーダー

・システムセキュリティ戦略の策定・推進

・システムセキュリティポリシー、ガイドラインの整備と運用

・システムセキュリティ脅威分析、リスク評価のリード

・PCIDSSに準拠したシステムセキュリティシステムの推進

■セキュリティ運用の整備と改善

・セキュリティ運用の整備・建付け

・定期的なチェック、監査、改善提案・実行

・PCIDSS認証対応

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・システム開発/運用におけるPMまたはPMO経験(5年以上)

・プロジェクト管理・品質管理の実務経験

・アジャイル/ウォーターフォール等の開発手法に関する理解

・関係者との調整・交渉業務の経験

・実行部門に寄り添い、ルールを"使える形"に整備できる方

・理論と現場のバランスを理解し、実践的な統制を志向できる方

・組織を横断して支援・調整することにやりがいを感じる方
