仕事内容:
【オーダーメイドゴムロールのルート配送営業】
◇お任せする仕事の概要
産業機械に取り付けられるオーダーメイドのゴムロールの販売・納品・引き取り業務を担当していただきます。
単なる「配送」ではなく、お客様との信頼関係を築きながら、モノづくりを支える重要な橋渡し役として
ご活躍いただくポジションです。
◇具体的な業務内容
営業車(2tトラック)を使用し、近畿エリアを中心に既存のお取引先を訪問します。
訪問先は、印刷会社・新聞社・産業機械メーカー・素材メーカー・エクステリアメーカーなど多岐にわたります。
主な業務は以下の通りです。
・取引先工場への納品・引き取り作業
・担当者への製品提案・販売交渉
・修理や交換時期のフォロー・ヒアリング
・出荷・積み込みなどの簡単な作業サポート
1日の訪問件数は5〜6件程度。
走行距離やスケジュールも無理のない範囲で組まれており、長時間運転や深夜対応はありません。
【未経験でも安心のサポート体制】
入社後は、まず先輩社員の営業車に同乗し、納品や引き取りの流れ、顧客対応のコツを一つひとつ学んでいきます。
慣れるまでは先輩が丁寧にサポートしますので、未経験の方も安心です。
飛び込み営業や新規開拓は一切なく、既存顧客との関係づくりに専念できる環境です。
