ポジション概要:
オーナー・投資家/テナント向け 不動産売買、証券化などの鑑定評価を担当していただきます。
業務内容:
- 不動産売買時の鑑定評価
- 証券化対象不動産の鑑定評価
- IPO、M&Aにおける資産評価
- 法人が保有する事業用不動産、自社ビルの時価評価
- 地代、賃料の妥当性の検証
- 新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客との連携強化

資格
求める資格・経験:

- 不動産鑑定士資格

- 実務経験不問。鑑定評価実務経験あれば尚可
- Excelに精通している方
- 向上心とプロ意識を持った方、明るく前向きに働ける方
- 営業経験ある方
- 英語は不問、あれば尚可

雇用条件:
- 正社員(試用期間6か月あり 試用期間中の給与は変更なし)
就業時間:
- 9:00‐18:00
- 専門業務型裁量労働制
休日:
- 完全週休2日制(土、日、祝日)
- 年末年始休暇(12月29日~1月3日)
- 有給休暇(初年度15日、ただし入社月に応じて日数按分、入社日に付与)

給与:
- 年俸制(年俸の12分の1を毎月支給、定額残業手当含む)
