日立ハイテクで製造・販売する全製品のサービスパーツに関するSCM(サプライチェーンマネジメント)と在庫管理の戦略企画・マネジメントを行っていただきます。
※サービスパーツとは、製品や設備を安定して使用いただくために必要な部品です。
例:消耗や劣化が生じた際に交換する部品など
【具体的な業務内容】
■サプライチェーン(SC)マネジメント
グローバルにサービスパーツを提供するための在庫倉庫の最適化を行い、リードタイム短縮と低コスト配送を実現するための施策を立案・推進します。
■在庫マネジメント
各拠点の倉庫にどの程度の在庫を保管するかを過去のデータや現状を分析し、お客様の装置安定稼動と会社の収益双方にとってベストな施策を立案・推進します。
※上記業務においては、常に状況に合わせて業務プロセスを改善していく必要があるため、課題の特定や解決策の模索、解決に向けた戦略立案と実行を行っていただきます。
業務プロセスの改善にあたっては、各事業部との連携やマネジメントも大切なプロセスとなります。

■今後、より詳細な分析を通じてロジスティクス運営の最適化を図る段階に入り、継続的な見直しと解決策の検討が必要です。

【当部の役割】
■弊社ではヘルスケア関連、半導体製造装置、電子顕微鏡など幅広い製品を製造・販売しており、ワールドワイドに世界各地のお客様に使用いただいております。
■お客様の製品に何かあった際に迅速かつ低コストでサービスパーツを届けられるように、戦略を立てマネジメントを企画する役割を担っています。
※実際のサービスパーツの輸出入や在庫管理は各事業部が行っておりますが、当部門は全社的な視点から各事業部と連携しながら、全社横断機能として全体最適化を行うことが求められてい…
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■ロジスティクスやサプライチェーンマネジメントに関わる業務経験(目安:5年程度)
■課題の抽出や整理を行い、それをもとに効果的な実行計画を立案できること
■英語での業務に抵抗感が無いこと
※海外現地法人とメールでのやり取りが発生します。目安:TOEIC600点以上
【歓迎要件】
・ロジスティクスやSCMの基本を理解し、事業視点での戦略企画経験があること
※もしくはチャレンジされたい方でも問題ございません。
・物流関連のコンサル経験
・電気・機械関連業界における物流関係の業務経験
【給与】
年収 664 ~ 988 万円
・固定手当+等級に応じ、業務手当を支給(予定月給に業務手当は含んでおりません)
L業務手当は30時間分の時間外勤務手当・休日出勤手当に相当する額を支給 82,500円~本給額により変動。
時間外・休日出勤の有無に関わらず支給。
L30時間を超える時間外勤務、休日出勤分は追加で支給。※業務手当支給対象外の場合、実残業時間分を支給
