「【責任者候補】人事戦略企画・実行【フルフレックス/WLB◎】」のポジションの求人です

経営戦略の実行を支える経営基盤の強化と位置づけられており、担当するレイヤーで、事業戦略と連動した人材戦略を実行する役割を担っていただきます。

【募集背景】

経営方針に基づき、SCSK本体および事業グループ・グループ会社において、人材価値最大化を実現する人材戦略の企画・推進を担っていただきます。

事業グループでは、事業戦略の実行を支える参謀として、人材ポートフォリオの最適化や育成・配置戦略の立案・実行を通じて、事業価値の創出に貢献する役割が期待されます。グループ会社においては、経営に深く関与する人事責任者として、グループ横断の人材戦略を実行し、企業価値の最大化に向けた人事制度や組織開発を推進していただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

これまでのご経験、ご希望、そして今後のキャリアに対するお考えを伺ったうえで、以下のいずれかの役割にアサインいたします。

■SCSKにおける人材戦略の企画・実行

経営戦略と連動した人材戦略の立案・推進

■SCSK事業グループにおける人材戦略の実行責任者(HRBP責任者)

事業戦略に基づく動的な人材ポートフォリオの策定と運用

事業部門の参謀として、人材戦略を通じた事業成長の支援

専門性認定制度やキャリアフレームの活用による人材育成

人材価値最大化に繋がる組織風土改革やWell-Being推進 など

■SCSKグループ会社における人事責任者

グループ人材戦略の実行と会社経営への参画

経営層との連携による人事制度設計・運用

採用・育成・評価・報酬制度の整備と運用

グループ横断施策の展開と本社人事との連携 など

【必須要件】

■人事領域全般の知見を有し、企業の人事責任者または組織やチーム全体をリードしてきた経験

【歓迎要件】

■HRBPや戦略人事としての実務経験

■人事戦略に関する経営層との折衝経験

【給与】

年収 700 ~ 1100 万円

(1)総合職(若手層):想定年収500万

※残業20時間相当を超過の場合は別途支給。

(2)基幹職(リーダー層):想定年収700万

※残業時間34時間相当の裁量労働手当を含む。休日労働および深夜労働に対する割増賃金は別途支給。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります

完全週休二日(土日)祝日、年末年始休暇(12/29~1/3)、有給休暇(14日~20日)、ボランティア休暇、慶弔休暇、マタニティ休暇、配偶者出産休暇、子の看護休暇、育児休業制度(小学校就業前まで/通算3年を最大6回に分割)
