< 具体的な業務内容概要 >

学校、福祉施設、役所等、川崎市を中心とした公共施設の大規模修繕で、街の風景を綺麗に

その施工管理業務をまずは先輩と一緒に現場に入りながら、徐々に覚えていただきます。

現場で実際の作業を行うのは、協力会社の職人さんになるため、朝礼の実施や指示出し、

安全にきちんと作業がされているかどうかをチェックすることが主な役割です。

その上で、慣れてきたら、お客さまとの打ち合わせ、工程管理やコスト管理などの仕事にも挑戦。

最終的には一人でも現場を見れるように育成していきます。

・1級建築施工管理技士 5名

・1級建築施工管理技士補 1名

・2級建築施工管理技士 5名

・2級土木施工管理技士 1名

高卒以上普通免許(AT限定可)と基本的なPC操作スキル必須

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30

基本給:月給 30万円 ~

固定残業代:なし

通勤交通費:全額支給
