業務内容


当社が取り扱う測定器・計測機器の中でも、特にキーサイト・テクノロジー社が設定する新しい製品カテゴリに関する営業支援および技術サポートをお任せします。

これまでメーカー直販で提供されていた高付加価値・高難度な製品群を、今後は当社が一部販売を担うことで、より幅広い顧客への提案機会が広がります。そのため、単なる営業活動ではなく、製品の専門知識を活かした技術的なコンサルティング、最適な製品設定、導入後のフォローまで一気通貫で対応できる体制を強化するための重要なポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

全国の営業メンバーへの技術的な営業支援

・営業同行による顧客訪問、ニーズヒアリング

・PPR製品の仕様説明、導入メリットの技術的な提案支援

・営業担当者への製品知識のレクチャー、技術トレーニング

顧客向けの提案活動

・測定対象や用途に応じた最適な製品構成の選定・提案

・顧客課題の技術的な深掘りと、ソリューション提案

・メーカー(キーサイト・テクノロジー社)との仕様確認・技術調整

導入後サポート

・製品導入時の立ち上げ支援

・不具合やトラブル発生時の原因調査・メーカー連携対応

・定期的なアフターフォローや追加提案活動

世界的に有名な電子計測機器メーカー。通信、電子、半導体、自動車、航空宇宙、防衛分野など幅広い業界向けに最先端の測定ソリューションを提供。特に、精密かつ高性能な製品群は業界内でも高い評価を得ています。

取扱商材


当社は、電子計測器、電源装置、環境試験機、EMC測定機器などの理化学・電子機器を中心に、研究開発や製品評価に用いられる専門機器を幅広く取り扱います。自動車・電機・電子・大学・研究機関など多様な業界のニーズに対応します。今回はその中でも半導体パラメーターアナライザーやオシロスコープを担当していただきます。

514.49万円 〜 790万円

・月給251,000円~390,000円
※非管理職の場合、想定年収は25時間相当の時間外手当を含んだ金額です。
※ご年収はご経験に応じて決定します。
・昇給:年1回(4月)
・賞与:年3回(6月・12月 / 3月のみ会社業績により支給が決定)
※2024年度実績:6.7か月分、3月賞与も支給実績あり
・別途、家族手当、役職手当、技能手当あり(規定該当者に支給)

入社後、メーカー本社(八王子)での研修がある場合がございます。

勤務時間

・9:00~17:30
・休憩60分
・所定労働時間:7時間30分
※時差出勤制度あり

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)
・年間休日日数:125日
・年間有給休暇:10日~20日(試用期間満了後に10日付与)
