仕事内容:

①有料老人ホームでの介護業務全般を担当していただきます。

②食事介助、着替えサポート、トイレの介助、入浴介助、就寝中の見守り等の日常生活全般のサポート業務です。

③介護はもちろん、医療サービスが必要な方にもご入居いただける施設で、看護師を24時間配置しており、人生の最期のときまでご利用いただける環境です。

④プロからコーヒー研修を受けることができ、毎朝、自慢のコーヒーを豆から挽き、一杯一杯ハンドドリップで利用者様に無料でご提供しています。

⑤充実した研修制度とサポート体制があり、未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

勤務時間・曜日:

【日勤】

・07:00~16:00

・09:00~18:00

・10:30~19:30

【夜勤】

・16:00~翌09:00

休暇・休日:

・シフト制(希望休は応相談)

・翌月のシフトは、15日締め、20日頃確定

・産休、育休取得実績あり

家庭等のご都合にも合わせて、スタッフ同士協力しながらシフトを決めていきます

≪給与詳細≫

・月給:245,000円~260,000円

・初任者研修:月給245,000円~

・実務者研修:月給245,000円~

・介護福祉士:月給250,000円~

※いずれも資格手当、夜勤手当5,000円×4回分含む

・交通費全額支給

・処遇改善手当あり

・住宅手当:10,000円

・昇給あり

・賞与あり:年2回(6月・12月)
