・BtoBマッチングプラットフォーム「イプロス」のサーバーサイド開発
・開発フ゜ロシ゛ェクトリート゛
・テ゛ータ分析に基つ゛いたサイトク゛ロース
・コード品質の向上や、開発フロー改善による開発環境整備
・チームメンバーの育成、技術力アップのサポート
【求める人材】
<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>
・Java/Springを用いたWebアフ゜リケーション設計と実装経験(3年以上目安)
・JVM、Tomcat、SQLなどの性能チューニング経験(2年以上目安)
・以下のいずれかの経験を有していること
REST API設計と実装経験(3年以上)
Reactを用いたアプリケーション設計と実装経験(3年以上)
クリーンアーテキチャ、ドメインモデル、SOLID原則の深い知識
