【仕事内容】

うなぎ店での調理や、接客など、開業に伴う業務全般を

少しずつ身に付けていっていただきます

~入社後の流れ~

・まずは調理場での、調理補助からはじめます

・仕事の流れが身に付いたら、徐々にうなぎの焼き方を覚えていきます

※うなぎは割いてある状態から作業を行います

割いてあるうなぎを仕上げてお客様に提供するまでの作業を習得して頂きます

・同時に、スタッフの勤怠管理や、お店の経営方法も学べます

・入社3年程度を目安に、開業の準備

※開業の準備にあたっても、幅広くサポート致します

・その後、あなたのお店を持つことが可能

【給与】

月給231,250円~346,875円

a.基本給 190,000円~285,000円

b.固定残業手当 41,250円~61,875円

※時間外手当(30Hを固定残業手当で支給)

※超過した場合は別途手当支給

  • 給与幅は経験・能力などによる

試用期間3カ月は月給211,750円(基本給185,000円+固定残業20H 26,750円)

【勤務地】

茨城県水戸市河和田2-6-1

【交通アクセス】

車通勤可・駐車場完備

【勤務時間・曜日】

9:00~20:30(休憩有)

※上記時間帯の中で交替制

【資格・経験】

・未経験の方大歓迎

・飲食店での経験不問

・性別不問

・要普通自動車免許(AT限定可)
