本ポジションでは採用担当として、組織の基盤をつくっていただきます。

【業務内容】

  • 採用戦略・計画の策定

・事業部と連携した採用目標の策定

・優先職種やペルソナの整理

・採用チャネルや予算のプランニング

  • 母集団形成の強化

・募集要項のブラッシュアップ

・スカウト文面の作成・送信

・求人媒体やエージェントの活用最適化

・採用広報記事の企画(Wantedly等)

  • 面談・面接での候補者体験づくり

・カジュアル面談での動機付け

・面接プロセスの改善

・内定後フォロー~クロージング対応

・オンボーディングの企画改善

  • 採用活動のモニタリング

・採用KPIの設定と振り返り

・選考フローの課題発見と改善

・採用業務の効率化(仕組み化・ツール導入 など)

給与


月給340,000円

年収450~804万円想定(週5日、実働8時間の場合)

※給与は、ご経験・スキルに応じて変動いたします。
