仕事内容:

■官能評価は五感を使ってお仕事する『味覚のスペシャリスト』

食品(菓子・飲料)の官能評価(香りや味覚などの測定)をしていただく仕事です。食品サンプルを試食・試飲して測定し、点数化していただきます。

【具体的には】

・官能評価

└香り、五味(甘味、酸味、塩味、苦味、うま味)を測定し、点数化。

・その他上記に付随する業務

※予め決められた官能検査の実施日(週3日、1日4時間:月9日勤務/会社カレンダーによる)は出社していただく必要があります

求める人材:

【必須】

・理系専門・短大卒以上、もしくは栄養士・管理栄養士の有資格者

・タバコを吸わない方

・花粉症や食物などのアレルギーがない方

※味覚検査のため、喫煙者・アレルギーをお持ちの方はご遠慮いただいております

【歓迎】

・官能検査の実務経験がある方
