総務・安全管理(オフィス業務と現場巡回)

弊社は八王子に本社を構える多能工の企業です。

大きく分けて「オフィス業務」と「安全管理・外出業務」の2つをお任せします。

「ずっと座りっぱなしの事務は苦手かも…」 「誰かの役に立つ仕事がしたい」

そんな方にぴったりの、総務と安全管理を兼任するポジションです。

オフィスでの事務処理だけでなく、社用車での備品運搬や建築現場の安全パトロールなど、適度に体を動かせるのが特徴。

【総務・庶務業務】

電話・来客対応/事務処理/PCなどの環境整備/社用車での運搬業務

【安全管理業務】

安全パトロール/報告書作成/講習補助

◆土日出勤について

シフト制のため、土日の出勤の時もあります。「子供の運動会」や「結婚式」など、どうしても外せない土日の用事がある際は事前に言っていただければOK。

◆平日も休めます

「土日はどこに行っても混んでいるから苦手…」という方に最適。役所や銀行、病院へも行きやすく、買い物や旅行も空いている時期に楽しめます。

◆勤務サイクル

3週に1回程度、週6日勤務(週1日休み)の週があります。

「優しすぎて、ちょっと心配になるくらいイイ人」が上司です。

・部下がミスをしても叱るどころか、「大変だったね」とフォローに入ってくれる。

・話好きだけど、業務の話は要点だけシンプルにまとめてくれる。

求める人材:

【基本的なPCスキル・普通自動車運転免許】

・Excel・Wordへの簡単な入力、ビジネスメールの作成ができる方。(難しい関数やマクロの知識は不要です。)

・日常的に運転ができる方(安全運転ができればOKです)

・現場パトロールは基本的に「電車移動」です。公共交通機関での移動が苦にならない方を求めます。

【土日の勤務が可能な方】

・ 安全大会や安全教育講習の都合上、土日に出勤いただく場合があります。(シフト制のため、土日出勤の際は平日にしっかりお休みがあります。)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥267,300 〜 ¥280,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥61,308〜¥64,221(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

昇給:年1回

賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

固定残業時間は収入を安定させるために、実績より多めの40時間分を一律支給しています
