Technical - Oracle Solution Architect

Role Overview:

The Oracle Technical Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure Oracle-based solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading technical architecture discussions, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Cloud and on-premises solutions.

Skills:

• Oracle PaaS Tech - Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, and Oracle Integration tools.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Java, Javascript, Groovy, and Web & Other scripting languages (HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Soft Skills - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• 12+ years in Oracle technology roles, with at least 3 years in an architect capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.

Screen:

• Knowledge of microservices, API management, and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Screen Development with both Fusion and extension resource servers.
• Groovy scripting for various customizations including Order Management, Page customizations.
• Visual builder studio based application customization for supporting Redwood themed standard/custom solutions.

Data Migration & reporting:

• Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
• Should have a strong understanding of FBDI Templates & capabilities.
• Identify and resolve Performance issues in data migration to fix conversion within the migration window period.
• OTBI/BIP based reporting and standard customizations

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Knowledge of Integration frameworks offered by SaaS applications.
• Basic understanding of integration Security and Oracle Offering.
• Should have a strong understanding of OIC components & capabilities.
• Must have created packages using pre-built OIC Integration.
• Strong understanding of OIC adapters, usage of REST, SOA adapters, usage of orchestration integration patters.

PaaS Overall:

• Advanced understanding of Oracle PaaS offerings and Architecture.
• Experience delivering large integration projects.
• Basic understanding of Oracle IaaS portfolio.
• Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc in the solution.
• Provide technical expertise, guidelines, and leadership in the development and implementation of integration solutions.
• Exhibit exceptional technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team-oriented manner.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) to convey the technical solutions to offshore.
• Oracle Integration Cloud Service end to end, lifecycle, large PaaS implementation, expertise in VBCS, ORDS, OIC, SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience working on complex extensions in Cloud ERP, & working with FBDI and REST/SOAP APIs
• Basic understanding in Cloud ERP Data model (supply chain, Finance, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Product Development, TCA) - Relational, tables, views.
• Deliver technical design & develops Integration & Extension solutions in Oracle cloud across finance, SCM, Sales Cloud, & Product Development. Develops & unit tests extension solutions in VBCS, ORDS, SQL/PLSQL and OIC.
• Coordination with the offshore team for deliverables.

Certifications

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional or equivalent certifications preferred.
