また、取引先や協力会社と連携し、幅広い案件の設備設計業務をご担当していただきます。

【担当案件】
設備部門の完成工事高は年間40億円ほどで、工事規模は多数あります。
工期:3~6ヶ月ほど、数日~数年単位もあります
規模:数十万円~数十億規模、現場職人も数名~100名以上まで
エリア:8割程が東急沿線沿いになります。
※3~4割が東急グループからの受注になります。
