【仕事内容】
役所や学校などの公共機関へ、防災用品の提案や納品をお任せします。既存のお客様へのルート営業から始めますが、ゆくゆくはホテルや病院への新規提案にも挑戦してください
~具体的には~
- 防災用品の提案書・見積書作成
- お客様からの商品問い合わせ対応
- 納期の調整・管理
- 商品の配送・納品(社用車使用)
- お客様先への訪問・打ち合わせ
~入社後のフォロー体制~ まずは商品の名前を覚えることから。商品数は多いですが、覚えるスピードを上げれば営業機会が増えるため、積極的に学ぶ姿勢を大切にしています。
勤続10年以上のベテラン(40代男性)2名が、あなたのペースに合わせてOJTで教えます。
【焦らずじっくり成長できる環境】
「すぐに売ってこい」なんて言いません商品知識を身につけ、一人で提案できるようになるまで半年を目安にしています。未経験の方や、営業に自信がない方でも、真面目にコツコツ取り組めれば必ず成果が出せます。
【売上は給与と賞与でしっかり還元】
個人のノルマはありませんが、会社全体の売上やあなたの頑張りは昇給・賞与で正当に評価します。インセンティブで毎月の給与が変動する不安とは無縁。月給25万円~40万円の安定したベースの上で働けます。
【自分の裁量で自由に動ける】
週1回のMTGと月1回の営業会議以外は、基本的にスケジュールの組み方もあなた次第「今日はお客様対応に集中」「明日は配送メイン」など、自分で考えて動くことが重要になります。
【困った時はベテランが味方】
一緒に働くのは40代の男性社員2名と社長。少人数だからこそ、分からないことはすぐに質問できます。「手取り足取り」過ぎず、でも「放置」はしない。程よい距離感であなたを見守ります
【プライベートも大切にできる】
残業は月10時間以内とほとんどありません土日祝休み(一部土曜出勤あり)で、GWや夏季、年末年始の長期休暇も充実。仕事と休みのメリハリをつけて、長く健康的に働ける環境です。
