仕事内容:

不動産売買仲介および賃貸管理業務を、社内でサポートしていただくお仕事です。

担当者の補助業務を中心に始めていただきます。

【業務内容】

  • 物件資料、契約書類の作成補助
  • 物件情報の入力、更新
  • 電話、メール対応(入居者様・オーナー様・業者対応)
  • 来客対応
  • 賃貸管理に関する事務業務
  • その他、付随する事務・サポート業務

【未経験でも安心】

  • ​業務は補助・サポートが中心。分からないことは丁寧にレクチャー
  • 専門的な判断や交渉は管理担当者が対応します
  • 不動産や建物の知識は入社後に少しずつ覚えればOK
