「法人向け生命保険営業【水戸】めぶきフィナンシャルG」のポジションの求人です
【期待する役割】
各営業店の担当者と連携し、法人取引先(預金先)に対し、新規加入に向けた生命保険の提案・販売を行っていただきます。
【具体的には】
■法人向け生命保険の提案営業
└支店行員の法人保険提案同行
■行員への生命保険募集に関する指導
└営業店向けの商品・話法研修(勉強会)講師
<入社時以下のいずれかのコースを選択いただきます>
Fコース:隔地転勤あり
Aコース:転居を伴う転勤なし(自宅からの通勤範囲内での転勤あり)
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■金融機関や保険代理店での法人向け生命保険販売経験のある方
【資格】
■生命保険募集人資格(必須)
■損害保険集人資格(推奨)
【給与】
年収 700 ~ 1200 万円
【平均年収】739万円
【給与】応相談 ※規定に基づき、処遇いたします。
【賞与】年2回(6月・12月)
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
