業務内容
パークで働く約13,000名の従業員の勤怠・給与計算・社会保険業務全般を担うチームを牽引いただきます。
ペーパレス化やBPOを推進し、効率的なペイロール業務の運営と改善に取り組んでいただきます。
●従業員や部門を顧客と位置づけた専門性の高いサービス提供に向けたチームマネジメント・指導
●勤怠・給与計算オペレーションの効率化に向けた課題設定~施策検討・実行
●適切な労務管理を徹底すべく、BIツールの有効活用と各部門との連携

従業員や各部門を「顧客」として捉え、専門性の高いサービス実現に、ハード・ソフト両面で取り組んで頂けます。
安定的なペイロールオペレーションは既に存在していますが、制度運用変更に伴う迅速な対応、
自ら改善余地を検証いただき、チームを巻き込みながら改善策を検討、施策実行まで取り組んで頂けるので、プロジェクトのスタートから最後まで経験いただけます。
新アトラクションや新エリアのオープンをはじめ、成長を続けるテーマパークビジネスを
「人」の観点からサポートできる他では経験できない仕事となります。
応募資格
【必須】
●労務管理知識や関連法に関する知識
●大企業の勤怠・給与チームまたは給与アウトソーサーでのマネジメント経験
(※サービス業やリテール業、歓迎)
●以下、いずれかの経験
・勤怠・給与実務の大幅な効率化に実績を上げた経験
・BPOやオフショアに関するプロジェクトマネジメント(課題設定・改善策検討・実施レビュー)経験
【あれば尚可】
●人事基幹システムの導入やリプレイスを主導された経験
●TOEIC700点以上の英語力があれば尚可
