Information Technology Group
Acquires, designs, implements and operates the company's information technology solutions, including computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing and security.
Provides leadership in Information Technology, contributing to the development of long-range strategic plans and directing implementation of near-term IT strategies.
Evaluates IT developments, identifies IT needs based on evolving requirements within a business unit or across the enterprise, and recommends new systems/solutions or enhancements to existing systems/solutions.
Determines resourcing needs and allocates/aligns resources and capabilities to meet business demands.Has accountability for results and delivery; people leadership and development; budget development and management; and vendor strategy/contracting within assigned area of responsibility.
Experienced professional or supervisor with in-depth knowledge in a technical or specialized area, responsible for completing complex tasks requiring interpretation of policies and practices, under minimal supervision.
Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and advanced knowledge of related job disciplines.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and differentiators in the market.
Has built a detailed understanding of market, function, processes and policies gained through multiple years of experience.Interprets and applies organizational policies; recommends changes/improvements to specialized processes and procedures.
