仕事内容:

自動車販売会社にて、ショールーム受付をお願いします。

来店されたお客様を明るく出迎えていただき、席までのご案内やお茶出しなどをお任せします。

慣れてきたら営業が対応するまでの間、iPadを使用して現在の売れ筋の車の説明なども対応いただきます。

その他空いた時間を使って本社へ送る車両保険関連や、ナンバー登録等のデータ入力、書類の封入などの事務もお願いします。

接客と事務業務は半々を想定しております。

接客対応中以外はファイリングや入力などを行います。

・受付案内、お茶出し

・保険関連・ナンバー登録などデータ入力 ※専用システム使用

・各種書類のファイリング、送付

・電話応対、簡単な清掃など庶務全般

・会員サイトの入会促進
