新規募集 2026年3月~勤務開始 設備工事に伴う現場事務所内の事務員 地域環境に貢献
当社は上場企業である㈱タクマおよびタクマグループ企業の保険代理店事業、タクマグループ内向け労働者派遣事業並びに同グループ企業が主に公共関連事業であるクリーンセンターを運営する目的で共同設立した特別目的会社(SPC)から委託された事務受託事業を行っております。
『アイメット』では、㈱タクマが建設中の設備工事現場事務所での事務を担当していただく【一般事務】スタッフとして活躍できる人材を募集しています。
今回の募集は、設備工事に伴う現場事務所の期間限定での事務員募集です。
経験の浅い方も習熟度に応じて先輩スタッフがしっかり指導いたしますので、安心してご応募ください。

【仕事内容】
- 勤務していただく職場は、設備工事に伴う現場事務所内での事務所勤務となります。
主なお仕事の内容としては
・エクセル・ワードを使用した書類の作成、メール送受信
・書類等の整理、コピー、ファイリング
・電話・事務所への来客の応対(お茶出しなど)
・消耗品や備品の発注
・事務所内の清掃
業務の変更の範囲(当社業務の範囲内)
【給与】
時間給制 1,300円~1,700円+交通費別途支給(上限 30,000円/月)
・所定時間外の超過勤務手当は別途支給

静岡県島田市向島町4379番地 新東海製紙 島田工場内
【交通アクセス】
JR島田駅から、約1.1km 車約3分または徒歩12分くらいです。
マイカー通勤OK
【勤務時間・曜日】
平日 月~金 8:30~17:00 (休憩60分) 実働7時間30分
勤務時間につきましては、応相談可
【資格・経験】
18歳以上 (省令2号)
事務経験、来客応対などのご経験のある方、パソコンの基本操作(Word、Excel、メール)ができる方
※基本的に経験の浅い方でも可能ですので、お気軽にご応募ください。
※普通運転免許をお持ちの方
【休日・休暇】
毎週 土日祝日 及び年末年始、派遣先指定日

勤務時の服装は私服可となっております。
【備考】
※今回の就業につきましては、建設期間中の現場事務所での事務のため、勤務期間は2026年3月~2027年9月末までの有期での約1年半程度の勤務となります。
