    • Responsibilities

    Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:

    Duties

  • Full compliance with Japan local regulation and internal guidelines
  • Take responsibility for teamwide projects beyond day-to-day trading coverage.
  • Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.

    • Profile required

    Key Skill Areas & knowledge Required:

  • 5 years+ trading experience as a Delta One or Equity Finance trader
  • Good understanding of Equity cash, derivatives, financing or other flow products
  • Strong track record in Market Making and Managing a risk Book is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English. Business level of communication in Japanese is a plus.
  • Self-driven and creative
