<お任せする具体的な業務>

まずは、先輩と一緒に会社の業務内容を

理解するところから始めます

現場の管理業務もお任せします。

具体的には、シフト作成・管理

ドライバーの採用面接、

その他付随するPC業務などです。

担当いただくのは、

医療・介護送迎、幼稚園バス、スクールバス

企業様の従業員送迎、お客様送迎など、

多岐にわたる送迎サービスです。

業務に慣れてきたら、

現場で活躍するドライバーの皆さんが

お休みを取る際などに、代わりの運転業務です。

事前にルートを覚える時間があるので、

ご安心くださいね。

<運行管理の経験は一切不問>

「運行管理の経験がない」

「ブランクがある」方も心配いりません。

丁寧な研修を通じて、

一つひとつの送迎コースを習得しながら、

段階的に成長できる環境を整えています。

引き継ぎ体制も万全

未経験の方にもピッタリなお仕事です。

<プライベートも充実しっかり休める環境>

年間休日は125日。

週休2日制で、

仕事とプライベートのバランスが取りやすいです。

勤務時間は送迎場所により異なることがありますが

基本的には運行スケジュールが事前に決まっているため

休憩時間や退社時間の調整がしやすいんです。

基本業務は運転がメインのため、体への負担も少なめです。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

  • 基本9:00~18:00(休憩あり)

※勤務先により始業終業時間変動あり

休日休暇


年間休日125日

  • 週休二日(基本:土日祝)

  • 車通勤可

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万2000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万8000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

面談時に職歴・経験により給与を決定します

固定残業45.0h超過した分は別途支給

基本給に生涯設計手当55,000円含む

給与例


想定給与:月給300,000 ~ 350,000 円

(固定残業代45h分を含む)
