◆こんなお仕事です◆

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 小規模多機能型居宅介護として、ご利用者が住み慣れたご自宅での生活を続けられるよう、通い・宿泊・訪問の3つのサービスで支援する施設です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. ご利用者の状態に応じて必要な介護サービスを提供します。「メガネ」のような存在として、できないことを補いながら、可能な限り自立した生活を送れるようサポートします。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. もちろんです入社後4日間の座学研修から始まり、個人に合わせた研修内容で自分のペースで成長できます。毎月約20種類の選択研修も無料で受講可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:

日勤9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

遅番11:00~20:00(休憩60分)

夜勤18:00~翌11:00(休憩180分)

月給242,968円~ (基本給212,968円+夜勤手当1回あたり5,000円×月6回=30,000円を含む)

資格保有者優遇:

・介護の基礎資格(介護職員初任者研修・実務者研修・介護福祉士)をお持ちの方は基本給223,076円

試用期間:

・試用期間中(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)は基本給210,056円

その他手当・制度:

・入社時OJT期間中に育成担当者とともに夜勤に従事した場合、夜勤手当3,000円/回
