get to know the markets from the capital raising stage to disposal
be involved in and contribute to providing M&A advice and execution, including spinoffs, takeovers, exchange offers, takeover defense and formation of joint ventures
be involved in and contribute to providing equity and debt capital market solutions, including advisory and execution of initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertible bonds, corporate bonds, and other equity/bond-related products
gain familiarity with structured products tailored to our clients' funding and stake management needs
be able to analyze complex situations and develop the best strategy to maximize our clients' diverse objective
Your team
You'll be working in our Investment Bank's Global Banking business, You'll work closely with the Global Bank country and sector coverage teams, as well as the other product teams, providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.
You need to be graduating from a university OUTSIDE of Japan *between September 2026 and July 2027* or have less than 2 years of full-time working experience upon 2027.

(Native level Japanese is a must for day-to-day communication. For non native applicants, JLPT N1 or equivalent level is the bottom line)
