職務内容
1、物流自動化設備のPLC現場調整及びテクニカルサポートを担当
2、設備のアフターサービス業務を実施し、良好な顧客関係の構築と維持に努める
3、現場設備の緊急トラブルに迅速に対応し、設備の安定稼働を確保する
4、設備の定期点検を実施し、点検報告書を作成、関連する技術課題を速やかに報告する
5、顧客に対する設備操作・保守トレーニングを実施し、顧客体験の向上に貢献する
求める人材
1、工学関連専攻(機械、電気、ソフトウェア工学等)の基礎知識を有すること
2、日本語がビジネスレベル(日本語能力試験N2以上を目安)、良好なコミュニケーション能力及び調整力を有すること
3、責任感が強く、細やかな気配りができ、現場での課題を発見し解決できる能力を有すること
4、忍耐力と実行力を有し、出張及び残業に対応可能なこと
岗位职责
1、负责物流自动化设备的PLC现场调试与技术支持;
2、执行设备售后维护工作,建立并维护良好客户关系;
3、快速响应并处理现场设备突发问题,保障设备稳定运行;
4、开展设备定期巡检,编制巡检报告,及时反馈技术问题;
5、对客户进行设备操作与维护培训,提升客户使用体验。
岗位要求
1、工科相关专业背景,具备机械、电气或软件工程等基础知识;
2、日语流利,可作为工作语言,N2及以上等级,具备良好沟通与协调能力;
3、责任心强,做事细致,能够及时发现并解决现场问题;
4、具备吃苦耐劳精神,执行力强,能接受出差与加班安排;
