PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

リージョナルアカウントエグゼクティブは、担当するエリアのスーパー、ドラッグストア等におけるレッドブルエナジードリンクの 流通、供給を強化、最適化し、売り上げの拡大を目指します。既存のキーアカウント本部、または店舗のステークホ ルダーに対し、営業計画の立案・プロモーション提案、商品流通から店舗展開、その後の KPI 管理、改善提案から 実行までを一気通貫して担当頂きます。スーパーマーケット、ドラッグストア等リテールチャネルにおけるシェア及び認知 度拡大を目指します。仕事の比率は、概ね本部担当業務7割、店舗担当業務3割となります。 本ポジションは Regional Sales Manager にレポートします。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. 営業計画の推進、実行
  2. 売上、配荷、投資効率を考えた顧客プランの立案
  3. KPI 目標値の達成
  4. 商品流通、販売数、予算、冷蔵庫・販促品の配置、店頭展開の PDCA サイクルを回す
  5. 各店舗内でのブランディングの確立
  6. グローバルガイドラインに沿った店頭展開の実施
  7. ビジビリティスペースの確保
  8. 顧客、担当先バイヤー、その他ステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持と強化
  9. 顧客や、伸長率及び収益性の分析
  10. セールスプロモーション/ビジビリティ効果の分析
  11. 販売数ベースにおける顧客実績の把握
  12. 社外、社内向けレポート作成

資格

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 自動車運転免許
  2. 居住地を担当エリア付近に定められること
  3. 担当エリアの土地勘があることが望ましい
  4. 大学卒(経営、マーケティング専攻などが望ましい)

EXPERIENCE

  1. BtoB営業実務経験(目安2年以上)
  2. 飲料メーカー、消費財等のBtoB営業経験があれば尚可
