PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
リージョナルアカウントエグゼクティブは、担当するエリアのスーパー、ドラッグストア等におけるレッドブルエナジードリンクの 流通、供給を強化、最適化し、売り上げの拡大を目指します。既存のキーアカウント本部、または店舗のステークホ ルダーに対し、営業計画の立案・プロモーション提案、商品流通から店舗展開、その後の KPI 管理、改善提案から 実行までを一気通貫して担当頂きます。スーパーマーケット、ドラッグストア等リテールチャネルにおけるシェア及び認知 度拡大を目指します。仕事の比率は、概ね本部担当業務7割、店舗担当業務3割となります。 本ポジションは Regional Sales Manager にレポートします。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 営業計画の推進、実行
- 売上、配荷、投資効率を考えた顧客プランの立案
- KPI 目標値の達成
- 商品流通、販売数、予算、冷蔵庫・販促品の配置、店頭展開の PDCA サイクルを回す
- 各店舗内でのブランディングの確立
- グローバルガイドラインに沿った店頭展開の実施
- ビジビリティスペースの確保
- 顧客、担当先バイヤー、その他ステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持と強化
- 顧客や、伸長率及び収益性の分析
- セールスプロモーション/ビジビリティ効果の分析
- 販売数ベースにおける顧客実績の把握
- 社外、社内向けレポート作成
資格
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 自動車運転免許
- 居住地を担当エリア付近に定められること
- 担当エリアの土地勘があることが望ましい
- 大学卒(経営、マーケティング専攻などが望ましい)
EXPERIENCE
- BtoB営業実務経験(目安2年以上)
- 飲料メーカー、消費財等のBtoB営業経験があれば尚可
