【仕事内容】
AI活用・開発、DXの推進を検討または実施している大手法人に対して、中期事業計画に沿った人材育成のコンサルティングや顧客保有データを用いた研修提案を行っていただきます。
- 業務内容
AI活用・開発、DXの推進を検討または実施している大手法人に対して、中期事業計画に沿った人材育成のコンサルティングや顧客保有データを用いた研修提案を行っていただきます。
また、人材育成にとらわれず、AI開発やデータ分析のコンサルティング、文化醸成のためのコミュニティ構築など顧客のありたい姿に向けた柔軟な提案が可能です。
クライアントのデジタル人材育成計画の策定、自社のデータを使った育成プログラムの提供を通じ、中長期的な人材育成パートナーとしての活躍が期待されるポジションです。
※クライアントは、業種業界問わず様々な大手企業がメインターゲットです。
例
また、マネージャーとしてチーム目標達成に向けた戦術提案や実行をおこなっていただきます。
