当社で住宅を建築・購入をいただいたお客様を中心とした火災保険の販売営業がメインとなるため、飛び込み営業はございません。

【具体的には】

  • 当社の物件購入者への営業活動、保全業務
  • 保険商品の見積作成
  • 保険商品に関する各種書類の作成
  • マニュアルやルールの作成・社内周知活動
  • 損害保険募集人資格者の管理・募集

など

保険営業専属での募集は初めてとなり、将来的には管理職としてマネジメントをお願いする予定です。
