【仕事内容】

本ポジションは、YELL BANK事業において技術的リーダーシップを発揮し、プロダクト開発を推進するリードエンジニアとしての役割を想定しています。また事業責任者やPdMなど関係者と協働し、何を実装するのか、技術選定や設計、開発スコープ、スケジュールなどの意思決定を行っていただき、それらを通じて、チームを牽引していただきます。

【具体的には】

・要件定義、設計、実装、テスト、運用、グロースなど一連のプロダクト開発

・プロダクトの価値提供と品質に責任を持ち、継続的な運用のための仕様策定、技術選定、設計を主導

・事業責任者、PdM、デザイナー、マーケターなど必要な関係者とコミュニケーションをとりながら、開発スコープやスプリントゴールの意思決定を主導

・プロジェクトの成功に向けて、メンバーに対して設計の壁打ちやレビュー、実装面での技術的サポートの実施

・プロダクト開発における技術的な意思決定のリード、遂行

【開発体制/開発手法】

・【フルサイクルエンジニア】Webアプリケーションの設計・開発、テスト、デプロイの構築、運用設計・インフラ構築のリードだけでなく、要件定義やデータ分析など、ユーザーへの価値提供に関わる一連の工程にフルサイクルエンジニアとして携わる

・【アジャイル】各チームで2週間ごとにイテレーションを区切り、チームやプロダクトに対する改善のフィードバックを回すアジャイル開発を実施

・バックエンド: Go、PHP(CakePHP)、Python

・フロントエンド: 、

・クラウドサービス: AWS、GCP

【求める人材】

・Webアプリケーション開発においてフルスタックエンジニアとして開発からシステム設計

・PHP、Go いずれかを用いたバックエンドの開発経験

・他職種を巻き込みプロジェクトを完遂、あるいは相当するプロジェクトマネジメント経験

【歓迎】

・AWS環境でのアプリケーション開発のご経験

・CI/CDフローの整備や技術的な指針の策定など、チームの生産性向上施策の策定・実施経験

・テックリードやエンジニアリングマネージャーとして開発チームをリードしたご経験

【給与】

年収750~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
