■同社の受注する案件の空調・給排水衛生設備のプロジェクトマネージャー業務を担当していただきます。
【具体的には】
■空調・給排水衛生設備の企画・基本設計・工事監理業務
■顧客より元請として受注し、空調・給排水衛生設備に関するコンサルティングを行います。
■設計事務所、ゼネコン、サブコンの調整業務
■スケジュールやコストの調整業務
■案件種類:オフィス、工場、倉庫、データセンター、クリーンルーム 等
■グループ内案件:グループ外案件=5:5
■工期:3ヶ月~1年程度
■案件金額:数千万円~数億円
※月残業時間30時間程度と家庭と仕事のバランスを保ちながら勤務できる環境です。

下記すべての条件を満たす方
■工場の空調・給排水衛生設備の設計、設計監理業務
■下記いずれかの資格をお持ちの方
・1級建築士/1級管工事施工管理技士/設備設計1級建築士/建築設備士
【給与】
750-900万円
※管理職採用となるため、時間外手当の支払いはございません。
