当社は、マンション・ビルなど大型建物に関する、大規模修繕など共用部工事の見積、比較選定・工事支援サービス「スマート修繕」や、マンションの建替価値を可視化、建替支援サービス「スマート建替」などを提供し、専門知識のないマンション管理組合や不動産オーナーなどが、業界の事情に左右されることなく、フェアに取引できることを目指しています。
今回新しくスタッフを迎え、さらなるサービスの多様化・発展を目指します。
仕事内容
《リモート勤務可能》修繕工事の見積DX事業『スマート修繕』を運営する当社にて、新規事業『内装リノベーション事業』の内装デザインを担当。
具体的には
\クライアント(金融不動産・事業法人など)が保有する不動産のリノベが中心/
レジデンス
オフィス
ホテル
本社ビル
など
\CM(または元請)の立場から多様な案件に携わります/
内装・空間デザインの企画・設計・クライアントへの提案
コンセプト立案
提案資料(パース・仕様書など)の作成
打ち合わせに必要な図面(電気・展開図・詳細図など)の作成・修正
営業との同行、クライアントや関連会社との打ち合わせ
