仕事内容:

横浜市緑区エリアを中心に、高齢者・障がいのある方のご自宅を訪問し、日常生活をサポートするお仕事です。

利用者様一人ひとりに寄り添い、地域で生活ができるように支援をしていただきます。

未経験の方も先輩スタッフが同行研修を行うので安心してスタートできます◎

1件1件手順書の用意や先輩スタッフにすぐに相談できる環境が整っているので、不安なく支援に入ることができます◎

【具体的には】

身体介護(入浴、排せつ、移動など)

生活援助(掃除、洗濯、調理、買い物など)

移動支援(通院や外出の付き添い、ガイドヘルプ)

記録作成・報告(記録用紙の記載)

1日の訪問件数は5~6件程度。

◎勤務中の移動手段(社用車、電動自転車、原付バイク)もご相談ください。

勤務時間・曜日:

正社員 4週8休制(土日休み)

時間:7:30~19:00の時間のうち実働8時間、*勤務時間相談可(休憩60分)

時間外(月10時間程度)

休暇・休日:

4週8休(土日固定休)

産休、育休取得実績あり

有給休暇(取得しやすい環境です◎)

原則屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり

3000円~5000円(実績)
