特別養護老人ホームいづテラスの介護職員

■主な業務内容

・食事介助:ご利用者様の食事時における介助業務

・排泄介助:トイレ誘導やおむつ交換などの介助業務

・入浴介助:入浴時の着脱介助や洗身介助

・服薬介助:お薬の管理と服薬のサポート

・生活援助:居室の清掃、洗濯などの生活環境整備

・その他:ご利用者様とのコミュニケーション、日常生活全般のサポート

・一人ひとりに寄り添った個別ケアを実践

・平成25年からは訪問看護・訪問介護なども展開

・在宅ケアにも力を入れている総合的な福祉サービス

・時間外労働は月平均5時間と少なめ

・高校卒業以上の学歴をお持ちの方

・普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方(必須)

・介護の仕事が未経験の方も歓迎

・介護福祉士、実務者研修修了者、初任者研修修了者の資格をお持ちの方は優遇

介護職が初めての方でも安心して始められる体制を整えています。高校卒業以上で普通自動車運転免許をお持ちであれば、資格や経験は不問です。試用期間3ヶ月の間に、先輩スタッフが基礎から丁寧に指導します。焦らず自分のペースで成長できる職場です。

■充実した手当制度

基本給に加え、業務手当20,000円、処遇改善手当23,000円~30,000円を支給します。資格手当(介護福祉士8,000円、実務者研修4,000円、初任者研修3,000円、認知症基礎研修2,000円)、夜勤手当(8時間4,000円/回、16時間6,500円/回)、住宅手当8,000円(条件あり)、扶養手当(配偶者10,000円、扶養家族1人5,000円×2人まで、条件あり)など、多様な手当を用意しています。

車通勤可能で駐車場を完備しており、通勤手当も実費支給(上限月11,000円)されます。社会保険完備、退職金制度(勤続3年以上)、育児休業取得実績があり、利用可能な託児施設(日曜定休)もあります。定年は65歳で、長期的に安心して働けます。

平成20年開所のいづテラスでは、全個室ユニットケアを採用し、一人ひとりに寄り添った介護を提供しています。平成25年からは訪問看護・訪問介護などの在宅ケアにも力を入れ、幅広いサービスを展開しています。質の高い介護を実践できる環境です。
